From spreadsheets to systems
Trelill started as an internal tool, built to answer a simple question: how do you make faster decisions without making worse ones? What began as a handful of scripts and shared spreadsheets grew into a structured platform once it became clear that the same problem — too much data, not enough clarity — affected far more people than just its original users.
Rather than chase every feature request, we kept the focus narrow: take the repetitive analysis out of the decision-making process and leave the judgment calls where they belong — with the person using the tool.
